"They did a good job on my laundry. Very efficient"

"We showed up at this laundry mat to do our laundry. We entered the door at 9:30. On the door is says last load in at 9:40. I had my 17 year old nephew go get change and on the way to do so the employee(female) quickly addressed him and told him he could not do a load cause it’s 9:40. She then made her way towards me and with a very bad attitude she told me the same thing she told my nephew. Mind you she was not very professional at all. Very ugly attitude towards him and towards me..she was very rude. I then called and spoke to another employee at a different store same company. And she told me she was wrong and should have let us do our laundry. So I called back to relay the message the this rude lady and she said she was sorry that she thought it was 9:40 on her clock and I mentioned to her it was not when she addressed me it was 9:36. This woman is very rude and I will never be coming back to this laundry mat. I understand she was probably tired and over the day. I just drove 5-1/2 hours and I was tired too. But I didn’t treat her in any ugly way… we would have been out of that place faster then she thought.."

"I'd give this a 5* but for the aggressive Navajo women who kept getting in my face and space when i was loading my laundry. I had to tell her where to go and how to get there in the end.... only to have a repeat performance with a different woman at the dryers!"

"Excellent laundry. 30 minute wash. $5 for large wash $3 for smaller and driers 25c for 5 minutes. All machines working. Extremely clean and 2 very helpful attendants. One of the best laundry facilities I've been to."
