"They implemented a policy where in order to have your pet seen on an emergency basis, you have to call at 8:00am *the following day* in order to *try* to get a slot. Due to this stupid policy I lost a pet before I could have him seen. Do not rely on this place to care for your pets as it's clearly being mismanaged."
