"Staff is rude and extremely impatient and disrespectful. Doesn’t listen to what the needs of the customer are. When a customer is trying to explain what is important to them, and what the scope of work they would like to achieve might be…..and the individual who answered the phone is rude and dismissive it makes the transaction NULL AND VOID. I was told by several Petsmart trainers that Eddy at Academy ( sorry hun if I misspelled your name) is hands down the best large breed trainer much less the best GSD trainer they have, so this is where I called since I have an European import working class GSD that’s a Covid puppy and has never been acclimated to other dogs outside my family. He passed beginning and intermediate training but I couldn’t get him into an advanced class. There are ZERO. So I decided to do private lessons because my boy is important to me. However, this woman who answered the phone was so snotty, it absolutely ruined my experience and chance to help my big boy grow as he should. Think again about Academy staff for sure. I’m sure Eddie/ Eddy is great. I’ll never know."
