"Referred by another healthcare hero, Marie Valdez replies to my request for an appointment; my surgeon issued orders for PT one week after surgery and I was looking for personalized PT care by an expert practitioner who I felt comfortable with and safe around, especially during COVID19. Easy office to find, parking is readily available right in front of the door. The office is full of the most advanced equipment for all types of physical therapy, cupping, and dry needling. It was clean and I didn’t feel intimidated or nervous. All of the insurance and billing information is taken care of by the team; it was a seamless registration process. Their office takes all types of insurance types! Marie’s personalized evaluation reflected all her expertise and knowledge. She truly understands my injury, anatomy involved, the surgery fix, and what needs to happen to get me back to health. The plan of care is custom made for me and I will look forward to going there twice a week! I was very afraid of PT and that I would not feel comfortable after surgery in a PT office around people twice a week for months.
