"I went in & was sent out for an ultrasound for painful & itchy nodules under my skin. It's been a few months, and I still haven't received my results. I've called numerous times. I get told I'll be called back, but no one calls me back. I even called their main 800 number in Texas, and still no one calls me back. As is its so challenging to get anyone to answer when you call. I now have many more painful & itchy nodules."

"The office was very quiet since my appointment was on a Sunday. I was pleased with the level of service I received from Dr. Wang and his medical assistant. All of my questions were answered and I left with a clearer understanding of the choices I have regarding my skin care. The doctor also prescribed an ointment for a dry skin rash I've had on my hands. These are attentive knowledgeable doctors who treat their patients well. I regret that UHC has removed Epiphany Dermatology from its list of in network providers. I will miss their good service."

"Highly professional staff. Received a through exam and a procedure. Staff frequently asked if I had questions and concerns. Dr Wong took extra time to make sure I understood the options I have. Education on skincare and sunscreen. I will be following up with them. Thank you"

"I was given the wrong (closed) location for my appointment. I called. I was told I would still be seen if I could get to the right (Kaseman) location before 15min after my appointment. I was there at 13min after and told they would check if I could be seen. I waited 30min to not even have anyone tell me if I would be seen. Then when I asked if there was an update, I was told they still didn’t know, but offered a reschedule from February to May. I scheduled this February appointment in December. So overall, this was a terrible experience. Hope it’s not cancer, because I need to get back to work. Hopefully one day I can find a location that respects their patients. I will never try this place again or recommend them."

"I had my first visit at Epiphany Dermatology w/ Dr. Jiasen Wang and so far, I couldn't be happier. They have an online appointment system as well as an online patient system to add medical info, pay bills, correspond, complete paperwork etc. Dr. Wang was patient, kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Giselle, his assistant was also kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Adriana at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well. I am so happy I chose Dr. Wang and Epiphany; the Saturday visits help too!"
