"I do not recommend, at all. They advertise that they’re for the Hispanic community, low prices, etc., don’t fall for it. Consult was $40 — very reasonably cheap to get you in the door. However, very unprofessional and they have horrible service to say the least. Not polite, AT ALL, and the Dr seems annoyed to help you. The Dr and nurse didn’t even introduce themselves and they don’t care to listen to your needs or why you’re visiting the clinic. The $40 consult fee looks very inviting, but then after seeing you for 5 min., interrupting you while you try to explain your symptoms, they wanted to charge me +$300 for “studies”, when I told them I was only there for food poisoning. Usually Drs will ask for your health records, reach out to your previous Drs for your health history, etc, before going to those lengths. As soon as I told them I couldn’t afford to pay all of that and that it sounded extremely unreasonable (being that it only went in for food poisoning), they got even ruder and more unpleasant because they couldn’t get more $ out of me. The Dr then, very annoyed, asked me where to send a prescription. He then had ME, the patient, look up the address of the Walmart Pharmacy I preferred. Shouldn’t they have that accessible? Please, don’t waste your time. Especially if you’re someone on a budget trying to seek good, honest, sincere care from a place that advertises to help you and your community, please do your research and go to other local clinics that actually want to help you and actually care about your health. I’d rather wait hours at urgent care next time than go here again. ** Most of the positive reviews they have are from people associated with them, it’s an easy tell. Take care of your health elsewhere."
