"Practically no wait time at all. In total I think I was there maybe 20 minutes and that includes the paperwork I had to complete before I was seen. Everyone that I had contact with was very helpful, friendly and professional."

I was greeted cordially, filled out the info requested, and waited for a short time before my name was called. The nurse was very professional and did the requested test quickly and professionally. I was in and out in a half hour."

"I got to the door at 0725. They open at 8. I wanted to be the first person, however, I was the second person in line. Came in for a physical for work. I exited the building at exactly 0925 so two hours from start to finish. By 0820 every chair in the lobby was taken. My advise....get there at 0730. I would NOT go at any other time. The practitioners were kind. I only went here because I had to have this for work"

"The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. However, the doctor Jennifer Pso was completely unprofessional, judgmental, and lacked empathy all together. The first thing she said when she walked in the door was “take your jacket off and sit over here”. She interrupted me several times during the initial exam while I was trying to explain my symptoms. Then I waited an hour before the nurse came back in to do a flu, strep, and covid test. Pso came back in after my tests were ran and was extremely rude to me saying I need to see my primary care provider and there’s nothing she can do for me until I get sicker (among other things). When I told her that I travel for work and I’m not from NM so I don’t have a PCP here she told me “well that sounds like something you need to figure out”. She was so rude to me and spoke to me like I was an idiot that I started crying and all she said was “the nurse will bring your paperwork in”. So I asked if I could just leave and she rolled her eyes at me then said “if you want” then walked out of the room without even telling me how to exit."
