"I was fortunate to find this office after my doctor retired at the beginning of the pandemic. I can't say enough about how great the staff is. Mr. Pacheco is professional & patient. I would recommend those offices. Thank you."
"Because of Dr. Rice and Mr. Pacheco, I can function without daily extreme misery. Not only are they very good, they are very caring. I am so grateful to them."
"Pacheco and his staff are great! Very understanding to conditions within reason. Best pain management I have been to throughout the years"
"UPDATE: 8/31st. it's been 2 weeks and still no returned call to reschedule my appointment. Not that I would anyway. However, I have received an $80 bill for services NOT rendered. Can you say...inept, unprofessional, irresponsible, and just downright annoying! I was referred through my doctor. It took 10 weeks to get an appointment. I received several appointment reminders through email and texts, none of which mentioned to call into the office 1.5 hours ahead of my appointment time to confirm arrival. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was informed I had missed my check-in time. I advised I was never informed about a call-in time. I was informed I would have to call back and reschedule. I'm standing there face to face, but I have to call in. The receptionist was being given these instructions from some anonymous person off to the side. Having waited 10 weeks pain medication-free, because I could not even book an appointment until I was off my current meds with no refills pending, on a triple-digit degree day and in severe pain, I returned home and called back. I was told the scheduler was not available and I had to leave a message. I have been waiting 1 week now for the office to call me to reschedule my appointment. Meanwhile, I am still without any pain medication. The appropriate response would have been for them to apologize for THEIR mistake, and seen to it that a new appointment date was a top priority. This is all very unprofessional and I will be searching for another clinic."
"My Mom is a patient at this office and Dr Rice is an excellent Doctor. I went into the appointment with my 88 year old mother and Dr Rice was very kind, very optimistic, and has an excellent bedside manner. He carefully explained all of her options and, he spoke to mother and not me. His nurse also is very kind and helpful and respectful. The only drawback is the receptionist. I heard her yelling at my mother on the phone prior to her appointment, she was very gruff when we checked in, and she was rudely talking about my mom which I could plainly hear through the glass. Would we see Dr Rice again? Without a doubt! Somebody just needs to train the receptionist that she is the first point of contact and is 100% in customer service."
