"Terrible from day one. 99% of the staff is rude including the doctors. It's beyond hard to get help with ANYTHING. Most of the time you can't get the RX you need and when you do get it its written out wrong. They take walk in's.....be extra early for your apt, you will be bumped off the list for a walk in and have to wait and wait and wait! Don't waste your time or energy at this office. All it's worth is a headache! Complaining to the office does no good....in one ear and out the other. They don't care about patient care at all."
"I was looking for a new primary and I wish I had read these reviews first before going to this place. On one visit, I waited for TWO HOURS and was not seen by anyone. I left in tears. After three visits, I have decided not to come to this place anymore. Now they are sending me a bill to pay $5, stating that I only paid $20 of my copay. I have my receipt and bank statement that shows that I paid the full $25. It is a pain that they treat people so unprofessionally and are also unorganized. Such an awful experience all around."
"Dr. Imani is pretty terrible. 10 minutes before my appointment she postponed it by an hour. Then I waited for her to show up, act condescending, and then attempt to talk down to me (until she found out I also work in medicine). She is a bad doctor. She is a bad person. She is not worth wasting your time with. Instead, go to a professional."
"Very unprofessional! As most of the other reviews have stated (All but one review...) She is very rude, and unprofessional. Her staff are equally rude, and unprofessional. When I made two appointments (one for my son, and one for myself) I explained the reason for my moving my son to a doctor on the west side (My son has ADHD, and requires concerta to help keep him focused). Her staff, on the line, stated that there should be no problem. Once I got him to this horrible place, the doctor stated she didn't prescribe that type of medication....And that I'd have to go to another doctor for it....For my appontment, I stated my concerns, one of which is high blood pressure (I've repeatedly checked my blood pressure, to find that I am at Stage 2 hypertension, bordering on Stage 3, which is VERY dangerous) Her nurse checked, and agreed that my blood pressure was, indeed, high. When I asked the doctor, she simply stated "Oh, you're probably just nervous about seeing a doctor....) REALLY??? Yeah, will not go to this horrible, dirty place again!"
"Where's the SUCK rating? I am leaving this office. I have sat for over an hour, on more than one occasion, just to be put in a room for another 30-40 minutes. My last visit (May 2013) I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I got a refund on my co-pay and left, but not before being able to see the office staff in their true form. I observed the staff while on the phone with other patients making faces and being sarcastic to people, who were asking legitimate questions about EKG's and MRI's. I was even privy to the patients medical conditions and concerns, all I need is a name to go with the problems. The staff did this numerous times and laughed at each other while they made faces at the people on the phone. I feel sorry for the old man who confided with a staff worker as he talked about country music with the staffer, who he thought was being genuine, but was called to the back only to made fun of by the other staffers. After they called him back, this was the conversation. " Thank God he was called." Second staff member, " Sorry, we thought you were being entertained, that's why we didn't save you." First staff member, " NOOOOOOO, I was just trying to be nice because he wouldn't leave me alone." I only go to Imani for prescription refills. I do not consult her for any other problems, because as another rater said, "That's not her area." I am going to find a real doctor that can tell me what's going on, not assume that I have a problem because the pharmaceutical companies want to distribute drugs. Anyone know of a good doctor? ?????"
