"The doctors or nurse practitioners there are a joke. I went with in with swelling and puss around my catheter area and they would not prescribe me antibiotics while I wait to be seen by urology. I was told that they’re not sure if the area is truly infected that urology has to see it, but if I get worse while I wait to go to the ER. It’s like dude that’s why I’m here to avoid getting worse and having to go to the ER. It’s crazy to see all the amount of negative reviews here and there’d be no change being done in this department."

"I walked here, as I was having an allergic reaction to some hair dye, the Dr looked at my head for 15 seconds and said "you're not having an allergic reaction". They then proceeded to send in a nurse who explained I should switch my shampoo, and then sent me home. I had to go to another urgent care because my head and face started to swell."

"I went to Urgent Care about a cough. They had me take x-rays before ever seeing a doctor. X-rays before ever checking my breathing or cough is medically unnecessary and put me under unnecessary risk when I was exposed to radiation. The x ray technician did not even offer me an apron. I waited 2 hours total and finally just left without seeing a doctor. I will not b e returning."

"I came in to the UNM urgent care because my UNM primary care physician’s office was supposed to call with a prescription once lab results were available. Two days later I hadn’t heard from the UNM primary care physician’s office, so I went into the UNM adult urgent care. Now I’m sitting in urgent care while everyone waits for the primary care physician to return the adult urgent care office. All for a uti that would be cleared up with antibiotics. Complete waste of time and Medicare money."
