"This women in the photo refused to service me because originally I came in speaking mellow & she couldn’t hear me, so she said. Asked me to speak up. So I did, and then she got angry, called me a “ little girl“ ( I’m 30) warned me that she’d get violent if I didn’t lower my tone, refused to service me, then called the police on me & kicked me out, without my glasses I need to see with. Refused to give me her name so I can place formal complaint. The front desk women, was also a lil snappy & also called the police, like she didn’t see the other lady doing it. And wouldn’t give me her work associates identification either. When I asked her hers she (lied, I believe) and said her name was April. Didn’t look like an April. She also had a very unprofessional shirt on, I felt like."

"I've been going here for years. But the last two years have been terrible Service and care has gone drastically down. Dr Petraca is always awesome, but the rest of the office staff are not. I've had canceled appointments without notification and I drive from another city, so this has been terrible to show up and be informed you cannot be seen or you cannot pick up your glasses, this was over six times. I had an eye emergency and was turned away, only to find out later that they do offer emergency help and I could have been helped and seen, instead I suffered for weeks with an eye infection cause I couldn't see my regular eye Dr. My general Dr all she could, but I was referred to see my eye Dr. I'm still recovering from my eye problem, and after the last few months, I'll be looking for a new eye Dr. Sad to leave my Dr, but the other staff are killing the business"
