"My husband recently died so this was to be my first encounter alone to review my policies. My appointment was at 2:00pm, I went to their office,sign on door said they moved to another location. went to the designated office after much searching,was told this was not correct agent, called Ramos office 5 times..for address where he was located..never answered phone. By accident I saw his office on my way home,,door was Locked. No sign advising customers. This Same office had sent me 4 reminders of my appointment! Farm Bureau has a good reputation and I am satisfied with this brand insurance but totally disappointed with this agency. Our previous agent was always considerate of us, I recommended him to several neighbors who purchased policies through him. A simple phone call would have been sufficient to have averted this problem"
