This store, under the management of Mrs. Barreno, provided a level of customer service that was truly exceptional. My visit took an unexpected turn when my glasses were mishandled by an associate. However, Mrs. Barreno, the store manager, handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and empathy. Her response to the issue was prompt and considerate, showcasing her commitment to customer satisfaction. Mrs. Barreno graciously offered to replace my broken glasses with a new pair. Although they were different in quality, they were excellent, and I deeply appreciated her gesture. What stood out most was her understanding of my circumstances. Knowing I was on a road trip, she arranged for the glasses to be shipped to my location in Palm Springs, California, demonstrating an exceptional level of customer care and service. I want to extend my special thanks to Mrs. Barreno for her kindness, dedication, and outstanding service. It's not often that you encounter such a genuine commitment to making things right for the customer. Her actions have left a lasting impression on me and undoubtedly set a high standard for customer service. Not only should take my glasses and fix them but she also showed me what to do if it starts happening again and explained how to adjust the type of glasses that I have.
