"This office is way more than 5 starts! A 10 star doctor's office BY FAR. In June of 2023 I had seen another doctor in town at a different office that overlooked my symptoms of Pulmonary Embolism that ultimately caused me to be flown out to El Paso for a procedure to get rid of multiple clots in every branch of both of my lungs. As you can imagine I needed to find a new primary provider. I have always brought my daughter to Southwest Pediatric and Family Care to be seen by Dr.Roque and recently learned that this office is a ONE STOP SHOP! I now see Venus Robles who is a FNP-C provider at this office and I have truly never seen a better provider! Being in such a small town it is difficult to find a great doctor, and here we have found 3. Dr. Roque, Venus, and Carlos are all wonderful providers very thorough, they listen to all your needs and worries, have the BEST bedside manner, and go above and beyond to help with every need. Not to mention the convenience of my entire family being seen at the same office! We love Southwest Pediatric and Family Care and plan for this to be our primary care office for years and years to come!!!"
