"This was a great place to stay! The room was well set up and spotless. The staff was great in general, and when we left an item behind, the staff notified US, then went above and beyond to return it. We traveled with our dog, and everyone was kind and accommodating to her. Location is easy to access and has great parking. Will definitely be back."

"Rooms are very spacious, clean, and the beds and bedding are some of the best. Our breakfast was excellent served by Lila who kept foods replenish and hot. The manager, Marciela (sp?) of this hotel has been there a long time and absolutely knows what she’s doing. A bonus was that prices were reasonable. It was a pleasure after a long day driving to be able to stay there,"

"Cleaning supplies (acid cleaner) left in the bathroom - no biggie. I put them on the cleaning cart in the hallway. Come back into the room and notice brown stains (chocolate or poop - anyone’s guess) on one of the beds. I took the comforter down the hall - still no cleaning person so I just grabbed new bedding. Get back to the room and notice the other bed has no sheets at all. So I gave up. Should have changed rooms right then but it’s more of a pain to change sometimes. Should have done it anyway. Went to turn on the AC to go to sleep and it doesn’t work. Heat works just fine and had the room as hot as a sauna but the air does not work. We turned it off and tried to sleep anyway. Should have changed rooms. Went to the front desk and he said he would let his manager know and she would adjust the rate. I’m sure I’ll be waiting on that phone call for the rest of my life. If by some chance they actually respond, I’ll let you know. Room was otherwise cleanish and kept up. Stains in the curtains and the shower squeaked like a 1,000 sister was in it but not a terrible place to stay. Just hope you get a room that’s put back together and where the AC works. Not room 305."

"#bucketlisttriplisatony2024 NM 01-2024 Deming New Mexico Hampton Inn by Hilton Tony and I spent the night. The hotel is nice. They had to change our room last night because when we arrived our TV didn't work. The desk clerk acted confused on what to do, so after me asking first for New batteries, then second a new remote which neither worked then I asked for a new room...he said I guess!! I said " Yeah I do guess I don't want to have to call corporate over a simple room change". But he did! We changed! All was fine! I went to bed, no global meltdowns..I was proud of myself !!! Those who are close to me would realize that was a big step!!! Right guys?? Yes! High five!! Hotel was nice! Breakfast was great! Room clean and hotel clerk friendly and now educated!! I recommend this hotel if you are in the area!!"

"Front desk personnel was great when I was checking in. The shower wasn't good condition and there was no shampoo in the bottle. Worst breakfast I ever had from Hilton or affiliated hotels. Their hot breakfast... Eggs were wet and liquidity and sausage was dry and tasteless. I would say personnel was very nice and had good coffee."
