"Placed a pick up order. They had no clue where it was or what happened to it. The lady at the register was rude and was cussing at me and other customers"

"The facility is new and clean. The male cashier was helpful and professional. He appears to work long hours due to short-staffing. I was browsing for pet junk for my two new puppies and the manager decided to check on me by pushing an empty cart through my otherwise empty aisle. I had to walk OUT of the aisle to maintain a six-foot distance, as she was completely unmasked. I didn't even see one around her neck. She was watching me for shoplifting as I was in my pajamas. I walked past her 30 seconds later in another aisle, looking for the paper towels and she b-lined to THAT aisle too, about to walk right by me AGAIN. Unmasked. If you are going to profile people in their PJs and watch for shoplifting, fine. But it is also your responsibility to provide a SAFE and COMFORTABLE place for me to shop during this pandemic. The current manager was not at all concerned with this, and I immediately paid for my things and left. I informed the cashier WHY I was leaving and will not be back unless someone reaches out to me. The mandate is in place to protect people like me, as I care for a senior with COPD on 24hr. oxygen. A breakthrough infection would be deadly for him. The fact that this store is not so busy is irrelevant if the manager is not going to ALLOW customers to shop safely. - Edit- He got COVID and died in 2022."

"Your hours say you open at 8.......SOOOOO open at 8. Several different times now its been almost 9am or after and you're STILL not open. People have things to do and plan their shopping around those things. It's lazy and it's inconvenient."
