"I used to like going to Circle k, today was my last time!!!! Rude loud and to busy with each other on the phone. Had to ask for a bag and no cups or lids. Horrible!!!!!!!!"

"Came by at 9:09 on a Saturday night, says open 24 hours and they’re closed. Just don’t waste your time stopping by here because their likely closed at 9PM"

"Nothing but homeless, ladys clearly selling services, or drug sales in front, sides and back of location. Was trying to enter but was approached by 4 different panhandlers at the front of doors. Now I know it can be an issue in places but this was beyond bad. East St. Louis is better and safer bad! A group of guys were on side of building shooting up dope! In plane view! It's a thing, I get it! But come on! Shoo some folks away or call there mothers or something. Needless to say I didn't make it in to the store to make any purchases. As it's not safe to leave your car or walk in in my opinion...."

"I was walking up to circle k at 7:30 maybe almost almost 8:00 and the store manager walked out side with a customer blocking my way in so I stood there maybe he had a question me and 3 others are now standing there she's talking to this customer about being manager and getting in trouble for closing store down. And someone in a truck passed by and asks "are u closed" she says yes. Well why couldn't you just tell me and the 3 others that she had us looking stupid standing there waiting to go inside. Like u could have just said something. So rude. Unprofessional. I hate this store . 0 rate"

"I stopped by this evening after work to grab a soda and a candy for the drive home! I walked into the store and felt like I was walking into a freezer after grabbing my items I walked up to the counter to notice that the 2 ladies working were also freezing and couldn’t get warm as they are checking me out I feel a cold breeze and it’s the air conditioner!!! Seriously that should be against the law to have people working in the freezing cold with no working heater in the store! Someone needs to a person out to that store and get that heater turned on or close the store until repairs are done! You want your employees to work and not get sick get on it and fix that heater these employees do not deserve this!!! If I could rate I would!!! No one deserves this kind of treatment!"
