"I was kicked out of the store tonight and accused of being there earlier in the day and stealing boxes. I was not there earlier today and didn't steal anything. I would like it if a manager would review video footage and get back to me. Thank you."
"kept on telling everyone we had with us we were spoiled for being able to get stuff and just wouldnt let it go and kept talking to us about it till we left"
"I see why the rating of this Valrico is so awful. I was passing thru from Texas and stopped to buy gas. I was in a bind and really had to tse the restroom. I was told that I could not because they had just been cleaned. I pleaded with the manager and he told me to get out or he would call the police. I have never had an experience like that. And on top of that I have Valeto stock that I will be immediately getting rid of and making a complaint directly to corporate office Do not spend your money at Valero obviously they are a bad company because their employees suck!"
"Rudest cashier I have ever met. She complained about the amount creamer I took and wouldn't shut up about it. When it was only seven for two med coffees and she assumed that it was more cause it was in a small cup. Acting like she owned the place talking about she should charge me for them."
"Went into gas station to get a pack of cigarettes and when I was asked for my ID I put it on the counter, dropped it actually. The cashier then said dont throw things at me and told me to leave. I explained I didnt through it and requested a manager. She replied telling me she was manager and to leave. She was the assistant manager, refused to give me the store managers name or a corporate number saying the phone number was on the window. The corporate number on the window is disconnected. Will be going back to speak with the store manager and then never going back again."
