"Cashier shook his head back and forth as if I was bothering him when I asked for a receipt. Another employee talking loud about getting a gun and shooting someone. Will NOT visit this particular store again."

"I paid with my credit card for the car wash and sat there for five minutes and it never told me to go forward although it said it was in use on the machine. I finally called and the gentleman came out and all he did was turn it off and told me to go in and get a refund. Then the cashier refused to credit me for the $14. I actually paid unless I talked to the guy that I had just talked to so I had to go dispute it with Discover card. Meanwhile, another female cashier was to the left of me, laughing as if she thought the whole thing was funny."

"The worst customer service I have EVER encountered not only that they say they have specials so if you buy 2 or more beer they actually charge an EXTRA $1.00 per beer so a beer that is 2.36 with tax they try and charge $9 plus for 3 and tell you it's taxes then have the nerve to get mad and yell and even try and embarrass you for buying alcohol. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the alcohol licensing board to report the extra they charge I have numerous receipts proving them charging more"

"Came in at 830pm , was told by a gentleman they were closed when I pulled up. He was smoking outside , I would have never guessed he worked there . I asked what time they closed ? Then he said the other night shift worker hadn’t showed up yet . I joked he needed to be making that overtime helping people . That’s when he said oh no I’m on the clock , but the gas station up the road is close . Won’t be getting my money anymore and I’ll definitely tell anyone to do the same"
