"Myself and my sister, and her grandson went here so that I can apply for my passport, and we all had to wait our turn to be called upon, and make sure that we all had the proper documentation to proceed, it took me about an hour and a half to turn in everything. It was well worth the wait, the only issue that myself and someone else who was waiting, her daughter, and someone else, had to go to the restroom there, I asked a staff member where it was, and she told me, as well as the other lady, that their restroom's were closed, that we would have to go across the street to the Frontier Restaurant and use their restroom. I was appalled by what she said, so I just went and asked another staff member to use the restroom, she was kind enough to take us all to relieve ourselves', thank you to her for letting us go to the restroom, and thank you for helping us out with applying for our passport 's!!!!"
