"Called and asked if they had Trex and if so what kind, answer was yes we carry it, you have to come look. I get there today, and ask at the desk where is your trex. They say you have to go out in the yard to find it. I go out there. No one around, I have to walk the length of 3 football fields to find someone sitting down in a hidden area, who didn't even know what Trex was, he walked me another 3 football fields to see the same things I saw. Finally I told him, ask someone, I had a hip surgery and need to know where the Trex is. I finally make it to the trex, and it's 4 boards. That's it. All 1 color. All the time and trouble I went too, and they totally wasted my entire day, hurt my hip from walking in a destroyed lot with things laying everywhere, lakes of water had to be walked around. Why can't you keep an online inventory? Why can't you have knowledgeable people who know what you have? Why did I go there and feel like I needed a paycheck. Won't be back."
"I have held off for a long time reviewing this company but after enough bad experiences I feel compelled. I went to buy lumber today and needed it cut into shorter lengths. I told the lady at the counter I needed it cut. I told the guy as I came into the yard that I needed it cut, and I told 2 employees in the yard I needed it cut. The guy brought me nothing but warped wood. I rejected those and waited for him to bring out straight boards. I sat in the yard for approximately 40 minutes when they started loading the uncut boards in my truck. A lady then came up and told me their saw was not working. I asked to speak to the "manager" and her response to all of the above was "we usually don't get complaints". I have consistently bad to terrible service at this location with the exception of one guy. I will not be giving them any more of my money which is a shame because I live about 5 minutes away."
"*Updated* They closed about 20 minutes early which was very irritating, if they would like to leave earlier they should just set a earlier close time instead of wasting multiple customers time whom I saw pull up and leave. *Original* Very clean store an older gentleman helped me he was fantastic the cashier was great as well, very friendly place!"
"Well I’ve dealt with raks a few times in the past and had a decent experience. This time I called about trusses and it took them over two weeks to get back to me and tell me the trusses you’re looking to do are really expensive and we recommend you call someone else. Really, thanks for giving me the quote. SMH don’t understand Albuquerque and the businesses operating here. Won’t recommend. Recent reviews are clearly accurate."
"Good place to shop for your little or big construction needs."
