"It was difficult to figure out what to do to get a case open. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance, and the woman was rude . She spoke to me like I should have known to get the booth number first. So I walked quite a ways back and got the booth number , walked back to the front, and they wanted to know the booth number and the letter of the case. I gave up. My hip hurt and I was tired by then."
