"When the manager became ill, and had to leave early, there was no one in the store, who was able to help me. In fact, the man at the register overcharged me for something that should never have been put out for sale in the first place! I do not recommend this store."

"I went to do a return and this girl Asia and guy Justin were so incredibly rude. They didn’t even offer once to try and help me when I asked to do a return. I told them my situation and they just automatically denied any help to process a return. They argued with me and just sent me away. They were so unprofessional, I went to another Office Depot on San Pedro and the guy did the return in less than 5 minutes. Do not go to this Office Depot at all."

"I would not go here went to get something printed it was to difficult for a ghetto "employee" to do a very simple order she stated arguing with me refused to fix her very stupid mistake verbally asulted me and told me to leave the store instead of being not even a good employee but dissent person. I then had to wait a week to speak to the GM Samantha she said she would no reprimand her because apparently that behavior is Acceptable. Go anywhere but here It is so sad because I've always gone there and had excellent service. Pathetic!!!"

"This store is baron. I went & looked at a Chromebook that was $150. I told the sales girl that I’d take one. She said that they don’t have any more & no stores do. I asked why if you’re out do you still have the display & the sign? Of course, no answer. Pathetic service."

"They completely dropped the ball on my order. I ordered six 16x20 custom posters for my father's funeral on Monday. They were supposed to be ready for pick up on Wednesday. The funeral was on Thursday. When I arrived to pick them up, the print center employee was not there, the entire print center looked as though a tornado went through it, and my father's prints were strewn across the floor as if they were trash. On top of all that they were severely damaged: bent, dented, bubbled, scratched, scraped, streaked, and they even looked like someone took a handful of sand and rubbed it in circular motions. The GM refunded my money, but I still needed these printed. She said she would work with the other store locally to get them reprinted and more importantly that she would call me to keep me in the loop in case I needed to go somewhere else should they not be able to complete the job in time. The other store's print center opened the next morning (the day of the funeral) at 9am and so she had me email the prints to them and CC her on the email. I did. She asked for my phone number and I gave it to her. She said she would give the other store until 8pm to review and confirm receipt of the prints and call me all along the way. She never called. No one called. I went to FedEx and they were able to print them in a hurry and have them ready before the service the next day. I will never use OfficeDepot/OfficeMax again. FedEx has won a forever customer. Also, the GM from the Renaissance store, Sam, should be ashamed of herself for not calling me back. What kind of a leader can't keep a simple promise to a customer? A simple "I'm sorry, we will not be able to print these for you, you need to find another option" would have been enough. But there was never any phone call whatsoever. If I could leave a -5 stars on this review I would. And also shame on the print center girl for treating someone's order like trash. Especially since she already knew this was for a funeral because I told her that when I placed the order. Gross negligence all around."
