Can never get a hold of Phil, was informed he wouldn't be available to give me a call in 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into a month. Professionalism with Phill Pettit and his assistants is lacking. Office attempted to put out the fire by arguing with me and discounting my complaints which only make the customer feel invalidated and not valued. Extremely disappointed with this agent."
