"Horrible customer service. The women were very rude! I work for Uber eats and they didn't have the order in the system. My son (5yr) was working with me and needed the bathroom. They refused to let us use the bathroom. Had to go nextdoor to Bahama bucks which they were kind enough to let us use their restrooms."

"Ordered door dash tonight. Dasher had to sit there for like 20 mins waiting on it to be ready. When it got here it was not the correct sandwich order, Luke warm and the cookie could have chipped a tooth, rock hard. I’m really not that picky but this is not the first bad experience I’ve had w DoorDash firehouse at this location. Bummer."

"I have nothing bad to say at this restaurant. They make excellent sandwiches and have fantastic chili. They were very friendly throughout the entire experience, and ordering food was quite quick. From the time I ordered, it took about five minutes for me to be prepared and given. I got the medium Italian sandwich which had the perfect amount of meat and paired with the cheese, mayonnaise, and perfectly toasted bread, this sandwich was incredible! The chili was also surprisingly tasty. Not too oily, this chili was chunky with tons of meat and tomatoes. The secret is to get their sriracha packets and dump 2 of them in a bowl of chili. This elevates the flavor and brings a subtle kick that the chili definitely needs."

"Ist time there. I've lived here 15 yrs. The atmosphere great. Fast, friendly This place serves top of line sandwiches of one I order was the brisket sub. I can't even explain because it was the best I've had along time. Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a great sandwich.. kinda pricey but it's worth them. Best sub shop in town for me."
