"Workers were high out of their minds, couldn’t even take order without having to repeat 4 times. Was told pizza would take 30 to 40 minutes and we’ve almost been here an hour. When asked for time limit the girl stood in front of me for a minute on her phone then stood on the side on her phone not telling us a thing. And completely ignored us. After getting our order they got it completely wrong. Not only was it a problem for us people were ignored and had to wait for their orders cause the cashier was not being very helpful and would do something completely different. Very unprofessional."

"I can’t understand how hard it is to make a simple pizza the first one I got was terrible and this is the second one I get for a remake, sizes uneven and it looks like a person took a piece, the workers there just don’t care walking around and not doing nothing, need new people working there absolutely no care in the world,"

"Ordered Pizza online and they took more than an hour to give me my pizza when I arrived at the store they said they still didn’t have it ready and that they were “short staffed” when they literally have 4 cooks just talking and messing around, they can’t even use gloves to prepare the pizza."

No matter what time I have gone it's continuing to be horrible customer service and horrible food. The employees here really don't care about their jobs. They all need some customer service lessons. "Ordered from this location online, because anytime I go in they never have ANY HOT AND READY.... (hence the name) when I stopped in to pickup my order today, I checked it as normal and asked why it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza if I had ordered an extra most best (which of course cost extra). All the employee replied is "you just can't see the pepperoni" and walked away to help the person who walked in. I tried to call and they answered and hung up then would not pick up the phone. WORST customer service ever. And they were not even busy...."
