"Came by for a quick mid-afternoon snack of fries. Unfortunately, the fries were under-cooked, not even warm, despite having just come out of the frier. I couldn't even swallow the one bite I tried. While they refunded me when I brought them back to the counter, there was no offer to properly cook another batch of fries. The manager seemed offended that I did not like being served under-cooked food that I found inedible."
"Came today to get some food and the man taking the orders for drive through was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back after this horrible experience. For the amount I paid the foot isn’t worth it either. Sadly this place has gone down hill. So sad to say."
"Good because it’s open 24 hours and you’re able to get food at 2am when every other place is closed. Absolutely ridiculous that it was $48 and change for 4 bean burritos and a small Caesar salad. The burritos were comparable in size to other places in Albuquerque, definitely didn’t get the $2.25 worth of cheese on each one as I couldn’t even see the cheese when I opened them to put the salsa on. My salad was a generous portion, however it was mainly lettuce. It had 4 tomato slices, 4 slices of cucumbers, 4 slices of red onions, 1 kelamata olive and a teaspoon worth of feta cheese. I asked about the dressing size so I could purchase extra if it was small. The guy said it was roughly 3-4oz. When I got home it was in a plastic container the size of the nacho cheese sauce you get from Taco Bell (roughly an ounce, but luckily it was completely full). The food tasted ok, nothing spectacular, but I will not be going back. I would definitely recommend another 24 hour Mexican restaurant if that is what you are craving in the middle of the night. During the day, it’s very obvious why you never see cars there."
"The man who took my order was extremely rude and short. He wouldn't even let me finish ordering before cutting me off with "anything else?" and just repeated it every time I tried to clarify anything about the burrito I had specified. There was a signboard out front advertising the burrito for 3.99, with the option of red or green, which I wasn't able to specify because of him. I was also not able to specify how i wanted the eggs, it shows on the receipt he just made that selection for me without my input as well. Then when I pulled around he asked for $22! I pulled back the money I had started to hand him and he revised the total to $8.73, which was the menu price rather than the advertised special. I assumed I had misunderstood the sign and paid it. Then I circled back to check the sign and found that no, I had not misunderstood. However, they have their "no cash refunds" policy on the window and the receipt, and at this point I was so frustrated the extra few bucks was not worth talking to that man again. The burrito itself was decent. The tortilla was the best part, it had the taste and texture of homemade so I assume they make them on-site. Definitely not a grocery store tortilla. The contents wrapped in that tortilla were average, nothing special but not bad. Overall not close to worth what they charge. Since their policy is that complaints can only be made in person (also on their receipt) and the only person I could speak to was the person who was rude and overcharged me, obviously that would be pointless, so I just won't return. You can see from my other reviews that I typically follow the "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" rule, they are overwhelmingly positive. But this was some of the worst service I've ever received. It was pretty clear I inconvenienced them terribly by coming to their restaurant and purchasing their food, so maybe avoid doing that, for their benefit and yours."
"Definitely a classic whole in the wall. I went for breakfast and I got a bacon breakfast burrito. It was good. Definitely tasted healthier than I expected. The staff was nice and informative. Prices weren't too bad. Maybe a little over priced. The atmosphere was fun..they had the place decorated with lots of Mexican cultural fiesta stuff. Mexican music playing. There are no public restrooms. Also, it wasn't the cleanest place haha but that's what you expect going into a local whole in the wall!!! I'm definitely going to come back and try a gyro."
