"Everytime I order a supreme burrito or supreme taco there is very little sour cream. Almost none to taste. I am not happy with that especially because I pay for sour cream."
"The Taco Bell Cook flipped me off. I ordered a couple of supreme tacos. Reminder: regular tacos cost $1.79 and supreme tacos cost more than $3.00. Normally I just brush things off if fast foods mess up my orders but after a long day and looking forward to eating. After grabbing my food I went home to eat but half-way through I realized that they gave me all regular tacos and other sides wrong. So I decided to go back and ask politely if I could have the correct order, you would think they give you No Problems since it was already paid for. And on top of that I brought back the food to show them that (I wasn’t lying) the order was not what I paid for. Then all hell broke loose. An older female cook took upon herself to show her whole appearance to the (closed) drive through window. Complaining to her coworkers that the order was “correct”. Sigh. Once they gave me the food. I had to double check to see if they actually did their job. They did and I was happy about that. I was getting ready to leave but I saw that same old lady mocking and laughing at me— for checking my food. At this point of day and dealing with this- I was HANGRY. Last thing I needed was someone trying to start something with me. I waved and she flipped me off for all the trouble of adding tomatoes and sour cream that normally go on supreme tacos. I will not be returning to this location after this teams disgusting behavior."
"Four stars is for the food quality, which is very good. My order was late and they delivered someone else's order to me at first, but the quality of the veggie omelette made up for it."
"This place is very inconvenient I think I have seen the inside lobby open 2 or 3 times ever. Also every time I go there the food is haphazardly thrown together and I do mean every time. I know that that the crunchy and soft tacos are 2 fingers of lettuce and 1 of cheese. Your lucky if you get 1/2 that."
"Walked into this taco bell at around 1:05 pm. I was first in line with one other customer awaiting her order. At 1:09 pm I was able to start placing my order. I had one other customer behind me. Looking over the seating area I noticed every single table still had debris on them. All of the chairs were moved. You could tell they had a bit of a rush from lunch. Only 1 table was clean. By 1:12 pm I received my order in a bag instead of a tray for in-store. Regular taco tasted fine. It was hot when I got it. Bean burrito tasted like it had 2 day old onions in it. They were beginning to ferment. I guess some fell inside. The first chicken chalupa felt like room temperature. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting a while. Middle of chalupa got cold. The edges of the pita bread were beginning to get stale. The second chalupa had the same story. Room temperature chicken, tomatoes weren't as cold. Edges of the pita bread became stale. Music kept cutting in and out playing oldies. Cleanliness of the store had windows with smudge marks on them. Soda machine looks like it needs some bar keepers friend. Lids were mostly empty. Straws were almost gone. Sauce containers not fully stocked. Bathrooms could not be assessed as employees closed them off from customers claiming they're out of order. Hand sanitizer stations need new batteries. I can't even wash my hands at this location. Bad experience all around. This store needs some better direction and leadership. 3/5."
