"So you can’t order green chile on the app. I was at sonic and I walked up to tell them I wanted to order cheese tots with green chile but the green chile option is not there. The girl that works there says we don’t have any control over the app. I asked her can I pick jalapeños instead or something else to charge me because they need to get their money but I wanted green chile. So I’m thinking that she can go back to the kitchen and tell them that there will be a mobile order with jalapeños but it will need to be green chile not jalapeños. Some type of special instructions. But she never comes back. I see her through the door but she’s just standing there like she is waiting to put the drinks on the trays. I ended up walking away and driving off. Please work on your communication skills. If you don’t know the answer, ask for help. Go ask your manager or supervisor. It is not acceptable the way this was handled There’s been another occasion. The girl with the face jewelry that works the drive thru at night. We ordered a mobile order. And we drove up to get the mobile order from the drive thru but she told us we had to go to the stall. We have gone to the drive thru before and we got our mobile order with no problems so please retrain her I will give kudos to one of the guy car hops that works there. He does a good job. Never had any issues with him."

"Waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes and no one took my order. The cashier was nice and made it right and apologized and I got my meal quickly however it did not taste good. The hamburger meat tasted wierd."

"This particular Sonic has been going down hill for years, we used to go there all the time and it was good, but it seems to be under new management. Drive-thru times are crazy long, but I can handle that. It’s the food, today was the 3rd strike, we keep trying to give them one more chance, but it’s just sooo bad. They are WAY overcooking the burgers like they don’t know what they’re doing, it’s beyond well done, or “for food safety reasons”, it’s burnt, crunchy (you can hear the crunch out loud), the parts that are slightly less cooked are like shoe leather that you can barely chew. It actually tastes like burn, and is not juicy at all, like eating a dry, hard sponge (see photo). They used to be our go-to fast food burger, but it is completely inedible, and this is the third time it’s been this way (see attached photo)."

"Ordered a dr.pepper and grilled cheese. Waited in line behind two cars for 15 minutes. Soda tasted off- like sulfur water. There was a fingerprint on the corner part of cheese of my sandwich. Usually I wouldnt leave a review or be “karen” but this was gross & waste of money/time."

"This particular Sonic is in need of help. They are really slow. I've left before waiting for service. It was not busy this time so it was fairly quick. Our strawberry shortcake slush was very good."
