"Got wingstop tonight. Honestly, it’s pathetic. Ordered well done for all the items and of course they are soggy. (It told me 20 minutes so I came in 10-15 min) My boneless wings sitting in oil. The wet sauce ones just not even tossed just like the sauce was thrown on it. Really disappointing. I won’t order again."

"I’ve just moved here and have tried to give this location many chances seeing as this is my favourite wing place. I was highly disappointed, the wings were cold and barely sauced. I understand that the food will not be as hot as it would’ve been dining in but it wasn’t even warm. I ordered wet sauces and the wings looked and tasted more like a dry rub yet without the spices. 2/10 (the ranch is always good, also the flash makes it look appetizing) I ordered at 4 p.m Feb. 16 and got the order at 4:55 p.m"

"We went on New Year’s Eve so I knew it would be busy. A 45 minute wait is what they said. More like an hour since they couldn’t find my order. I had to go ask if they forgot about me because the people behind me were already almost done eating their food. It was out in 5 minutes after that. Food was hot when we got it. Everything tasted very good. I got the tenders combo and my husband and daughter got the bone in. All Chicken was juicy and delicious. Fries and Cajun corn were very tasty. I will definitely go back and try it again on a less busy day."

"I came in at 6:30 tonight to pick up my online order and I was told it was another 15 minute wait, while we’re sitting there waiting a customer comes in and says they were given the wrong order, the cashier shown in the photo with the glasses gets the correct order and the customer leaves. After they left the girls check the bag and start causing a scene the one in the glasses starts pacing back and forth trying to chase the customer down while there is a full lobby of customers. Our food gets called and we get it and go back to our car to check and make sure it’s right and we were missing 4 ranches so I ran in to get one and the same girl with the glasses helps me and I ask if I can get 4 ranches since we didn’t get any and with an attitude she tells me she needs to see my bag so I go back to my car to get the bag and bring it inside and she proceed to rustle around my bag causing the fries to spill out of their tray and into the bag. If I could rate this experience a 0 I would this girl needs a serious reality check and some customer service I was embarrassed for her."

"So I literally have wing cravings monthly, order from here on a monthly basis, tonight all the food was bland, and taste awful. No sauce on the wings, no seasoning on my seasoned fries and I tried the new chicken sandwich it tasted awful. Asked for ranch and asked that they double check to make sure ranch is included with the order and they gave us blue-cheese. When I called the store about the order which I have never done. The manager refused to correct the situation and asked me to send her a text with pictures of the order. I now have to call the general manager after spending 30-40 dollars on this order. I have eaten here several times and the wings have never tasted this bad, the fries have never tasted this bad. I’m surprised how bad the customer service was when I called. The manager who answered the call did not even call me back to correct the situation. She had her employee call me back to give me another number to call. Not eating here ever again. This store is super unprofessional and never fixed my problem."
