"Great place for classic American-style Chinese food. Went for lunch and was met by very nice employees. The place is a bit sparse in decoration, but exceptionally clean! I ordered the sweet & sour chicken lunch combo, and was served a delicious, fresh tasting meal with fried rice, egg roll and soup. The entire meal, with tax, was under $9! I've tried a number of Chinese restaurants around this area, and Rising Star is by far the best!"
