McDonald's on Carlisle 2801 Carlisle Boulevard Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87107

"I come to this location once a week with my clients for diet soda and my staff take my clients The other 6 days out of the week I am only giving this restaurant three stars because of one gentlemen who works the first window during night shift on Mondays. Very professional recognizes my guys treats them with respect! And the only reason I am giving it a three star as well is because one gentlemen who is about 5'4? Very short hair with glasses. Maybe 165 175 lb. He used to work at the location up the streets and has always been very rude to me and my clients with disabilities"

"0 stars. Absolutely horrible customer service from the "night manager". She was rude, disrespectful, and quite frankly obviously can't even make it in fast food. I ordered big Mac's and chicken sandwiches. They failed to say they were out of lettuce and the big Mac's had no sauce, no pickle, nothing.... Took the food back and was told no refund and if "I don't like her food".... This is a corporate franchise not your home cooked meal. At least RE MAKE the order correctly. I will never be back to this location and I will tell everyone to refrain from going there especially after dark. This location needs to get it together. #CLOSECARLISLEMCDONALDS"

"I took my wife here for her birthday and it was awesome!! We sat right behind third base and ate popcorn with a beer and watched the Isotopes win!! And I had to buy her a baseball cap! We hadn’t been here since before the lockdown and it was great getting back to the crowd! Speaking of crowds, the Isotopes set attendance records this year (2023) and I can see why!! Highly recommend catching a game!! Well, next season…"

"If I could give negative stars, I would. I just bought a meal, had to argue to get my soda, never got my fries. Why on earth would I lie about not getting my drink. You can see right into the car!! These people are not only incompetent but RUDE on top of it all. I asked 3 times for my receipt and NEVER got it. Disgusting!!!. I wish this wasn't the closest one to me, because it makes it quite inconvenient to travel another 5 miles passing 4 others just to get decent service and food."

"Ask for extra onions and I get a quarter pounder ALL onions. Ask for extra fudge on my sundae and they put it on top instead of on the bottom my sundae is sitting there and the top explodes off in the car fudge everywhere. Apparently you can’t ask this store for extra anything or they’ll make you regret wasting your money on their food they don’t know how to prepare. If your hungry for this McDonald’s don’t get them before 6 or you’ll get nasty service"
