"A better name would be Pho Kdup. First, I had to call them to find the place, and I was just outside. There's no sign anywhere outside indicating it's in there. I've had pho from lots of places, and I've never seen broth as greasy as theirs. And they didn't have basil! Pho isn't pho without basil! Solid 3 out of 5. The place earns a large meh."
"Love the name. I got the Minor size with rice noodles, rare steak, and beef broth. Plenty stove hot. Great selection of veggies and sauces. Would definitely come back."
"Called ahead to ask if the establishment was open due to the holidays. The lady was abrupt and said they were open but plan to close early, I called at 5 and they closed at 6pm. When I showed up the register lady who took our order gave an idgaf attitude when taking our order, like she was annoyed we showed up. We ordered our food and we're given a pager to notify us when our food was ready. The pager failed to go off and when I went in they weren't helpful about the pager. I walked out with my food to eat on the patio where I was sitting while waiting and overheard the register lady say she was just going to let it sit there. I thought how rude and unaccommodating. The noodles were not fully cooked but we're still edible and tasty with the added ingredients. My daughter had a bowl as well and my baby girl who is 2 enjoyed the kids sized or mini sized pho kup portion serving. My Mr ordered the beef sandwich which was a bit dry but the added sauces and seasonings made it better, I ended up sharing my pho because the beef sandwich wasn't filling enough. There were no egg rolls as well which was disappointing. My favorite memory about this experience was the atmosphere and the fireplace seating which we very much enjoyed."
"The food was amazing. I loved the fact that they had smoked beef brisket in the pho! Unfortunately, I did not get my Raw Beef. There was only 1 sliced of smoked beef brisket and 3 beef meat balls that were sliced into small portions. It is a decent bowl of Pho. I had ordered the large bowl with Thin pho noodle (original pho noodles), raw beef, beef brisket, beef meatballs, spicy beef lemongrass broth (spicy level is a 2), basil, cilantro, green onions, onions, oyster sauce, and Sriracha. Drinks was Roast Coconut, which is hardly seen at many Asian Restaurants, and this is the first! I had the New Mexico Eggroll, which had Mac&Cheese with the Green Chili. It was a good and interesting taste of New Mexician twist to an Eggroll. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, just wished the meat wasn't lacking and missed. But the smoked brisket was AMAZING in the broth, and then again, there was too little of it."
"Nice place with a mix of traditional and non-traditional Vietnamese foods. We tried the New Mexico style egg rolls, which were filled with mac and cheese plus green chiles, served with sriracha hot sauce - different, but it works!"
