"Sandwiches were made perfect but the service I received when I went to pick up my online order, horrible. I stood at the online pick up for about 5 minutes before the employee acknowledged me and so rudely gave me my order. It just seems the employees are not happy here. Just say Hi! How are you today and how can we help you!? That would have it 5 stars all the way. Just coming from someone who’s been working customer service for 30 years."

"A very sloppy sandwich. They didn't give me any napkins, I needed a bunch. They slathered the mayonnaise on, made sure to put so much vinegar and oil to make the sandwich soggy. I had the Italian. Not much flavor past the mustard and peppers. Subway tastes better, and is cheaper."

"Hate writing poor reviews but this place needs serious improvement. This was my second visit and the first was ok (hence the extra stars for quality on my 1st) but it ends there. On my 2nd visit I ordered one of their flagship sandwiches, a Regular plain Philly Cheese Steak (#17). I stated that clearly when I ordered. I was asked if I wanted green chile on it.....no, plain #17. A short while goes by and I was asked again by one of the servers if I wanted green Chile. No. More time goes by and I'm witnessing the chaos behind the counter with the servers trying to figure out who's sandwiches are who's from other customers. Another group of customers walks in, apparently a 21 y.o woman celebrating their birthday with the servers behind the counter getting louder with well wishes while orders continue to pour in. One of the workers asks the other, "what's that guy waiting on?" (me) when I answered a plain #17. Turns out the other worker stated "We'll throw that one away and start another"......They put the green chile on it anyway-They also threw a customer away because I walked out and won't return. There's plenty of other options for lunch in the area that will get your order correct in a timely manner."

"Cross-contamination from the get go!! Manager was the slicer and didn't care. $17.00 for a 12 inch?? Parking is horrible next to that Wal-Mart! Will not go back to pay that much for food, when we could have gone 400 yards to Wal-Mart, got the same ingredients and more for the price of my sub. We could have made 3 12 inch subs and that was only the cost of MY sub. Just stay away bad location!!!"
