"I ordered a breakfast burrito this morning. A number two sausage with green. There was four little tiny pieces of sausage in my burrito, and they were all bunched up. At one end. The burrito mostly hashbrowns and the eggs were also crammed up at one end of the burrito. It seems like every time I get these burritos they don’t even disperse the ingredients and one has egg and the other end has hash brown. The burritos taste good, but you need to improve the way they are put together. And include more sausage and more bacon.!!"

"We prefer other brands but it's the closest to our home and in a hurry have gone here and every time it's been a sorry experience. The service is extremely slow. If you order multiple things they serve some of the items cold since they can't seem to coordinate the cooking times. If you order regular fries you may get seasoned ones (not what you wanted) - guess it's whatever was in the fry basket, why bother cooking new ones for a customer. I did the customer survey once and spoke to a lady who said because things went so badly they would refund some of our money. That was months ago and I've never seen a penny from them."

"I have placed a phone order twice and an online order 30 mins in advance and I have still have waited 20 ADDITIONAL minutes for my order to be completed...horrible turn around time, why is this location the slowest of all the locations I order from? I can hear other customers saying they placed orders 30 to 40 mins ahead of time and they have to wait, they're being told like I was told you paid already you can get a refund if you don't want to wait. Update waited 2hrs, got a refund...thought I was going to wait 2hrs for refund, unacceptable and a waste of 2hrs of my time!"

"We don’t go through the drive thru because it is hit and miss. But, the service inside is usually good and the food has consistently come out correct, hot, and tasty! Blake’s is a long time favorite of my family and I will continue to give them business at multiple locations. I do especially enjoy their breakfast burritos with green chile."

"First time at this location. For lunch. I hot the burger NM style of course! I was great. I don't eat gluten so I got in a bowl. Very good flavor on the burger. Needed to add ketchup but that's not unusual. The strawberry shake was great and fast from the kitchen. The seasoned fries were certainly the highlight! They were crispy and soft at the same time and seasoning mix was perfect. I would definitely eat lunch here again."
