"The food was great! My steak was savory, the mashed potatoes were probably the best I've ever had. Alexander, our waiter was phenomenal. He was nice and present when we needed anything. I definitely recommend Ruth's Chris for any fine dining occasion you are planning."

"Not an inexpensive or everyday place, but one we frequent every now and then. The food is always consistent and The service is top notch. I have experienced some really great mixed drinks. I've had my steak cooked incorrectly here and it was corrected immediately without any blink of an eye. I've been to some really great steak places which try to make me feel bad when my steak is well done even though I've asked for it to be medium or medium rare. When you're spending this kind of money on a steak it should be done right and Ruth's Chris makes sure it is."

"My family loves coming to Ruth’s Chris Steak House, but especially this location on Indian School Road in Albuquerque, NM. The food is consistently so good and the service is excellent. John, one of the managers here was so welcoming and showered our table with Happy Birthday decorations once we told him it was my Dad’s bday. Kyle, our server was also amazing! He was friendly and very informative of the menu. He did a great job checking in on us in a timely manner. Highly recommend coming here~"

"My first experience at this restaurant and most likely my last. Waited 30 minutes to have our order taken. Our server forgot my drink, I asked 3 times. I even asked for a glass of water while we waited, they brought 3 glasses instead of 4, but they forgot that too. Finally, we flagged down another waiter who got a glass of water for me. We kept having issues with our food, we had to send all of our plates back to the kitchen not once but TWICE because our order was wrong and the second time our food was cold. After the food came out for the second time, I got my drink. The manager did come out and apologize, and she took off a couple of things from the bill, but we were there 2 hours before our food was finally served to us correctly. The restaurant was crowded. They had the waiters also running the bar. We counted 3 waiters total in a very busy restaurant. I can't blame the waiters, the fault lies with upper management for not ensuring the restaurant was staffed properly. Despite the manager's attempt to rectify the situation, I know I won't be coming back. This is also largely due to the food just not being worth the price, in my very humble opinion. Here's a picture of the flourless chocolate cake, this was the best part about the meal and why I didn't rate Ruth Chris Steak House 2 stars."
