"First time i took my family to BRAVOS. The atmosphere, service and food was beyond my expectations. i ordered the “ GRILLED SALMON FRESCA* Grilled salmon, asparagus, sweet potatoes, spinach, red peppers, feta, Roma tomatoes, pesto vinaigrette, balsamic glaze” My late was made to perfection with several requested accommodations. Thank you Executive Chef Robert for visiting my table to ensure you received my order clearly. Thank you Sean, Restaurant Manager, for a welcoming experience. We will be back."
"Thalia the server was amazing, she has the charisma, kindness, and I give her a 10/10. The cheesecake is to die for! Thank you again Thalia for the best service, I mean imagine if I didn’t walk in today my day would’ve been regular hahaha. Cheers."
"Ordered Bravo on 12/10 via UberEats. We have ordered from Bravo or eaten there fairly regularly for years, but the last several times, the food quality has gotten worse and worse, and the most recent order on Saturday was terrible. First, Bravo sent the delivery driver with the wrong order, but didn't know how to get ahold of him, so they called me. I called the driver, who agreed to turn around and drive about 10 minutes back to the restaurant to retrieve the correct order, then drove back to deliver to my house. So, we got the food late. The hot items were cold, bread was hard, and cold items were luke warm. We had 2 entrees, a house salad and a desert. Eggplant Parm: The eggplant was barely cooked, greasy, soggy, and there was hardly any pasta sauce that normally comes with it. It looked terrible, tasted terrible, and was cold. Grilled Salmon: The salmon was overcooked, chewy, burnt in some areas, and was sitting on top of sweet potatoes that were barely cooked. Again, presented sloppy and looked like whoever put the meals together was angry and just throwing the food in the containers. Salad (Della Casa): Missing the dressing, which is kind of an important part of the salad and we didn't have one that is similar at home to use instead. Tiramisu: Normally, Bravo's portion for this item is large. This was a joke. It was a tiny portion, probably 1/3 of the size it normally is and they tried to hide the fact that it was so small by covering it with whipped cream. It was hard to tell what it even was in the container when it arrived. Bread & Oil: The bread was hard and cold. The lid to the oil came off in the bag and so there was oil all over the bag and containers. Not one of the items we ordered were prepared properly, presented with any sort of care or consistency, and did not taste good. On top of being really late, the entire order was disappointing. Between the cost of the items we ordered, service fees, and tip, the total cost was $97, which is a enormous rip off and waste of money. I contacted UberEats, and they issued a credit for only one of the items on the order despite the entire experience being a disaster and there being something wrong with everything that we ordered."
"Erika was our waiter. The food was delicious. I would suggest getting their early, so your wait time would not be more problematic. To Erika only: Don’t wear yourself out. And thanks for the service. yeah no complaints. I hope this helps with reviews."
"Our overwhelmed waitress was apologizing nearly every time she came to the table. One of our favored Grilled Salmon Fresco was prepared a left to sit at the pass for ten minutes while the second was prepared. Consequently, when it was finally delivered it was cold and dried out. The second serving was better but the asparagus were not cooked very well and the whole Roma Tomatoes we were accustomed to were sliced during preparation. Although the Warm Chocolate Cake was good, the cappuccino machine was broken so we could not order our favorite coffee. The the manager (on a cell phone for much of our visit) allows food to sit at the pass for long periods without being delivered. This is absolutely inexcusable to allow patrons to see what is occurring in an open style kitchen restaurant such as this. The table across from us also had complaints so the atmosphere was a bit unpleasant as well. I am sad that one of our favorite meals was executed so poorly on this visit."
