"The tower of David had a Non caring Manager; Outside the Building is here is No Cameras to watch the Parking lot and lighting is very dark at night and a Safety Hazard as people have complained about it getting almost attacked and vehicles being messed with. Something needs to be done about this before some one gets Serious hurt and CCI gets Sued ! Also management needs Not to tell people of how they can live in there and snooping thru Residents things. None of her business so she needs to Stop Now! This is Not her Palace it's CCIS."

"My in - laws live in this property. According to my wife, this place is affordable, accessible, and friendly environment that she would recommend to any family member or friend. Thanks to hard work of Janae James, the manager there and her staff they have different activities there and assistance in lot of need assistance activities for seniors, disabled and residents with English as second language. They make very friendly and warm environment during holidays and special occasions for residents. 24 hr Emergency contact is available for the entire property and this is from the shared experience of residents who used that kind of help when needed. "Terrible Place. This property is very poorly managed, The property manager does not listen to residents, and if she does she just sweeps problems under the rug. I have lived here just 7 months and they are on there third maintenance person and the person who cleaned quit, so the bldg is not being right, like hallways have not been vacuumed in at least 2 months. The corporate office does not respond to emails. So there are many problems here that no one is taking responsibility for. Scott you and the other people at cci investments are not seeing the big picture of what is going on at the tower of David these inspections do not accurately reflect what is going on here, of course when there is a inspection things things are going to be cleaned up, stop by some time unannounced and see how the bldg looks. I am surprised how no one there can see all the red flags that go up around here, people moving out and employees that quit all of which have to do with how they are treated by the property manager, you seem to think just because you get good inspections everything is good,but that is very far from the truth, you will never keep any good employees or residents as long as you have a property manager like the one you have now who treats people like children and with disrespect."
