"The team was very nice and took care of my car. I did get the full oil change prepaid online, which is supposed to include a full car vacuuming service and window wash. Unfortunately, as i arrived around 4:45, and my car was done by 6:15, I left and noticed they did not complete that part of the service."
"Place was good. Guys were nice drinks popcorn inside where it was warm they checked everything that they could check. "I had a wonderful time and great experience today with them at this location. There were a couple cars ahead of me but the wait wasn't long at all considering. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and just overall great. I will definitely recommend them and be returning for my next oil change and any other service I may need."
"Update: another GM Kyle reached out to me and was irate disrespectful and lacked all customer service. He proceeded to tell me that because I did not have proof of coming in immediately. After my first oil change, there was nothing he could do. I informed him that the company scanned in the VIN number. However, he made sure to tell me that was not done. And then he would talk to the staff about proper protocols again I informed him the staff that help me before was no longer there and was so high that nobody was able to follow. It was going on with my car from the first time it started having an issue. He again proceeded to ridicule and insult me. He was very combative and did not want to help he wanted to make sure that I knew this was my fault. After going back-and-forth and him reaching out to my ex boyfriend who almost killed me to find me. I realized I am out of the money he does not care, and the company does not care if they mess up your car, he made sure to tell me that they blow motor’s all the time from incompetence, and they pay out for motors so again, do not take your car here. Kyle himself has stated they have incompetent staff that blow motor and they have to pay out for it. I may be out $267 but if I can save anyone else the money or more please read this comment and do not go here. Furthermore, I hung up on him because he continued to be little of the situation. And make sure to tell me me getting my money back stood in between him, and since he was not listening to the story, I was not getting my money back. I argued with this man in front of my Daycare Providers and they heard the entire conversation so that tells you his level of communication and customer service. If I could give no starts I would. But the one is for Eli who did his job and stayed respectful the entire time. Incompetent staff, consistent turnover, do not take your car here. They damaged my oil can during my oil change and almost blew my motor. I asked them to fix the leak and the manager Tyler insisted oil changes do not cause oil leaks. However the certified mechanic that fixed their mistake insisted that’s exactly what happened. The manager is disrespectful and insisted he would t check the problem for free even though it was done here. Well now they owe me over $250. Thank you Tyler for your service. It’s less than the cost of a motor so consider yourself lucky. But when a bunch of kids are running the place what can you expect"
