"I've never had a problem any time I have stopped at Carlos. The workers are on top of their game. Anytime someone pulls up, they are ready to service your needs. If the business is busy, the max you'll wait is maybe 5 minutes. This place is the only tire shop I go to."

"I’ve been coming here for years and years for tire service. Yesterday 9-16-22 I had such a bad experience that I will not be going back. I bought a set of 4 used 35x12.5r20 for $300 while the initial greet was great, that’s about all that went good with this experience. I had one bad tire and instead of replacing 1 I decided to replace all 4. I asked the employees to mark the bad tire because I intended on keeping the other 3. However, they did not mark the bad tire so I ended up taking all 4 back home. Shortly after, I requested the center hub caps to be installed on the front wheels but they were installed on the rears. After walking around my truck, I noticed that a lug nut was missing when I looked closer, I discovered that the lug nut stud was completely stripped, I then asked the owner on what happened and he proceeded to say that my truck came in like that, and there is nothing they can do about it. I then asked if they can move the center caps to the front wheels and when the owner proceeded to take them off they fell off with little to no effort due to the tabs being broken. He then proceeded to say that my truck came in that way and they can’t do anything about it either. The employee that was working on my truck then became frustrated and said to me, “if you have a problem come do something about it” Upon further discovery, 3 of the 4 hub caps were damaged and no longer useable due to being “forced on” and breaking the mounting tabs. My wheels are aftermarket and each hub cap cost about $45 for replacements. To summarize, Yes, you get a great deal on some decent tires, but you end up leaving with broken hub caps and stripped lug nuts. This business will not and I repeat WILL NOT own up to their mistakes.
