"My family and I attended a birthday party here! The kids had a blast in the arcade! The staff is kind! They served pizza and cake, it was good! Chuck E. came out at the end to greet all the kids, they loved it!"

"This is definitely not the same Chuck E. Cheese I went to as a child growing up. The place was really slow on a Saturday which was mind blowing to us adults in my family. Now we know why. There was no Chuck E. Cheese mouse walking around or dancing with the kids. No Chuck E. Cheese greeting kids and families as they played games. All we saw was Chuck E. Cheese on the big screen. Bummer I don't think 1 adult was working the shifts while my family was there. The workers just standing around and or talking amongst themselves. The pictures I took were of all the games that were not either not working correctly or broken. It was extremely disappointing. My mother-in-law ordered the unlimited salad bar and when she started getting her salad she had noticed that the salad was brown and the fruit in the vegetables were molded and old. We had to take the pizza back to get the pizza cut correctly. The restrooms were gross and the toilets clogged. In both men's and women's restrooms. My sister in-law told 2 different workers and nothing was done about the restrooms. I asked to speak to the manager and she told a worker she didn't want to give me her name or talk to me. You don't get tickets nor do you know how many tickets you're winning when playing the games. When the games are over you still don't know how many tickets you've won. It's like you're playing but there is no more excitement because we cant see the tickets come out of the games. No loud noises or flashing lights on the games to let you know your doing good. Everything was lame and boring. My family spent well over $120+. It's truly disappointing to see Chuck E. Cheese is not Chuck E. Cheese any more."

"Great place for kids to have fun! My family enjoyed the activity they have over there. Lots of pictures with the little ones. The host was gross he was just picking his nose left and right searching for gold and then want to stamp me with the tools he touched. Heck no you will not touch me with that booger fingers. Seems like the employees over there are not happy working. All the employees has a dull face and will be like how are you, what do you want… js! That’s the only downside of this place is the customer service. The pizza was good it wasn’t bland, it was fresh and cooked right. Overall it’s a great place for kids to enjoy and have fun."
