Domino's Pizza 1016 Juan Tabo Boulevard Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87112

"After trying to order a pizza from a competitor but finding it closed I chose to go to dominoes again. It was estimated to be ready around 09:48. I arrived and there was only 2 pizzas in the self serve warmer. Absent were any names I looked at the order and found it was 2 12” hand toss pizzas; extra ham. Prior to leaving I did a Quick Look and once in my car I ate a slice. Once I got home I put 3 additional slices in a bowl and ate them over the course of the night. Several hours later when I was getting ready to go to bed I decided to put the rest of the pizza away. That is when I learned that the employees provided me the wrong order. By then it was most likely 4 or 5 am. The following evening I called to complain and was told nothing could be done at this late date. I told her that I purchased it the prior evening approximately 1 day ago. I told her that I had the entire pizza and had not eaten any of it. She said nope and almost inferred that I could had found that pizza and I was lying about the whole incident just to get the refund. I asked for a number that I could send a picture of it and I later sent the picture. This was a few days prior to my visit Thursday 03-24-2024. Did the carry out special with the 2 pizza 2 toppings for a great price. The place had relocated just north behind Wendy’s. Pizza was ready and I was helped by an older lady who was fantastic at getting me in and out as their main door was broken. Great pizza and cooked to perfection. Saved a lot of it in a few containers and continued eating till it was all gone. Put them in a toaster oven like bread and they come out great."

"Ordered take out to the car and when I got there and clicked on I'm here it was automatically sent to complete. I spent 8 minutes outside watching the door to see when they'll bring it out but noone did. I went inside to the counter and nobody helped me until one of the delivery guys came inside and helped. The person there with autumn hair said noone was outside and only talked to the driver and the driver talked to me. Hope next time would be better"

"Went in last night to get a pizza. These kids were working in bad conditions the doors were both broken and they looked very stressed. I gave them a 5 dollar tip bc I felt bad but when I got home the pizza dough was waaay undercooked and tasted freezer burned. I did not get any of the dipping sauces I paid extra for. I haven’t had bad dominoes in many years. There was a time dominoes was gross but it’s been on point for awhile now so I was surprised the food was just so bad last night. The crust was literally white it was so undercooked!"

"I love Domino's for their pizza. The crust was soft and crispy. The kids love the pizza crust and marinara sauce. Personally, I think I prefer the tomato sauce. The reason I didn't think the experience was perfect was bc I didn't care for the wings' outer texture. The wings were soggy and the Buffalo sauce was ok. They don't look like they're tossed in the sauce, only drizzled. I wanted to order the Mango Habanero wings, but opted out since we ordered 32 wings. I got the sauce on the side. Glad I did bc I didn't like the sauce, it was more sweet than spicy. I think I'll stick to Wing Stop wings. I appreciate the side sauces in a bag so they don't get messed up. We also got extra Buffalo sauce in case the wings didn't have enough sauce on them. Overall, pizza is great and was made how we ordered it. Pepperoni with 1 side of jalapeños, and extra cheese. Skip wings unless you like soggy breading. (We picked up food right after ordering online and don't live far. )"

"Ordered two medium pizzas 1 cheese and 1 pep. They came super fast which is awesome but...... My pizzas were burnt like the crust was not edible it was so hard."
