"The employee only put in 8 wings instead of 16. Too busy, not enough employees. I waited 45 minutes after a call-in. Sweetheart and very apologetic though."

"Horrible management has led to this location being understaffed, even on a Friday night. I put in my order online at 6:20 and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I showed up at 6:45 and my pizza had not even been started. The staff did not even recognize that I was there for several minutes. I was told my food would be ready in about 15 minutes. Try another 45 minutes. I regret not just walking out as I had not paid yet. I could have went to a grocery store and gotten a frozen pizza and had it cooked faster and cheaper. Again, I don't really blame the employees. This kind of thing stinks of either poor corporate policies or bad management."

"Waited two hours for an online delivery, just to have the manager call me and say that it would be faster if I went to pick up my order? Didn’t offer any solution or apology. Horrible service. Not the first time this occurs but definitely the last time I use this location."

"UPDATE: Got the same generic response as all the other bad reviews, already complained to BBB and replied to the email given in the "response" to my review. Not getting my hopes up seeing how they allow their employees to act... Apparently they love employing discriminating managers now. My father and husband went in to order some pizza, this manager was EXTREMELY rude, he asked if they were picking up an order, they said no they were coming in to order. He walked away and left them standing there. When my father asked how long it would be he told them look at this board see all the red it's going to be a while and WALKED OFF AGAIN. Well of course I called asked for the manager, turns out HE WAS THE ONE WHO ACTED THIS WAY. When I told him how utterly disrespectful he was, and how he had absolutely no customer service he told me I was the one being rude. I asked his name several times, he refused. That's fine buddy I called corporate AND reported you to the BBB. Cudos to dominoes for employing discriminatory, rude, disrespectful managers. No wonder your store has horrible reviews!"
