"I'm new in the area, and it was a great pick when I found 4 Paws. They did an amazing job on my Dak! Dak is a mini schnauzer and they did his perfect cut. The staff is great and they are very welcoming. I will drive my 45 min, but I know my Dak will be taken care of and come out with a nice groom."

"I took my cat in for a grooming and was very happy with his cut and staff was super friendly. I was excited to have found our new groomer. That was until I realized they had cut his whiskers. I'm not sure if it was someone new or if this is a normal thing they do, but cutting whiskers is a major no no. Whiskers are used for balance and spatial orientation and cutting them can cause confusion and fear. I was incredibly heartbroken that my cat had been put through this. I had called and left a message about this incident and no one got back to me. It seems they don't see this as an important issue. I would like to go back if I could be assured that the groomer knows this is not okay, but right now it appears to be swept under the table. I just hope no other kitty has to experience this."

"Came here after having a bad experience elsewhere. After one visit we are confident we will take our kitty back for his next grooming. Their customer service on the phone was superb. It was not too long to get an appointment. The drop off experience was easy. Most importantly they did a great job with our cat and gave him a wonderful lion cut. During the pickup process it was easy to see that they really care about their customer’s pets."
