"I arrived to change the wheel by 7:20 am in the morning, I was waiting for the opening at 8am.The workers of this institution approached me and said that they could change the wheel for me, but I had to drive off to another place to change the wheel. We drove with them for 1 minute (to the Pilot gas station). They changed my wheel and in the check they took money for road service $ 140. In total it cost $ 480 with a used wheel. They cheat! Very unpleasant!"
"Suffice it to say we were in desperate need of tire service. We blew two trailer tires along I-10 near San Simon. I contacted Parker Engine Service and Marvin arrived within 15 minutes. He took both blown tires back to the shop; had to grind off the shredded tires in order to replace them. Marvin quickly brought them back, helped us mount them and got us back on the road. We subsequently bought a third tire from them to replace an old spare. They certainly came through for us today! Would highly highly recommend."
"Had lost all PSI on my primary air pressure. Secondary air pressure was still good. Crawled the truck at 15 mph to this shop. Both mechanics were friendly right from the start. The one that resolved my issue did it fast. I was in and out in less than an hour. Total was $267, BUT that included installing a new air governor. Highly recommend this shop if you break down nearby."
