"I went in there last week because my sensor said I had a low tire. Chris went around with a tire gauge and checked my tires. He claimed all of them had 101-105 lbs in them and my sensor was bad. NEVER put air in any of them. I started going over my paperwork and he had put on the bill that he checked and adjusted them all to 110 lbs..... long story short, I lost about 3 hrs having to keep stopping and adding air to the one I told him was leaking until I finally found a shop that was open and could get me in.... I had a hole in it, just like I said.... I spent 2 days trying to call a supervisor. When I finally hot Delores on the phone she said since it was a different day the only thing she could do is offer me a tire check and evaluation next time I come through.... NO thank you. You're shop could have easily caused me to ruin a brand new tire if I wasn't smarter than your so called mechanic"
