"I’m leaving 3 stars for the Black Bear Restaurant. Decent food, nice people. The restrooms in the TA main building are appalling. I’ve never seen or smelled anything quite like it. If you have a weak stomach, you’d likely vomit from the smell and overall sanitary condition of the men’s room. I went to the fuel desk building…it’s like a different world over there."
"Shop is slower than molasses. 4 hours waiting so to get a light rewired. Check in to see what the hold up is and was told all mechanics are on road calls. There’s 3 mechanics sitting in the shop playing on their phones. I will never spend another penny at any of their locations again. TA used to be my go to for repairs but within the last few years they have gone completely downhill."
"Visited the travel center with a Shell gas station. Unfortunately, experienced slow pumps and a broken cash register during snack purchase, leading to a wait. Hope for improvements in service efficiency."

"I'm traveling from CA. I was exhausted and came upon this TA Travel Center. There's another newly renovated one down the 10 about 12 miles from here, but I didn't think I could make it. It's very nice that TA let's weary travelers spend the night and how do we repay their generosity? We dump our garbage out on their property. Do you see this foil dish of food on the ground? The selfish, thoughtless people who do this ruin such a wonderful thing for the rest of us. Did you not learn to pick up after yourselves in kindergarten?! You people need to grow up and realize you aren't the only people on this planet. How about keeping things nice for the rest of us? Oh and how about picking up your dog poop! How difficult is that? Thank you TA, for letting us respectful tired travelers spend the night. I'm sorry some of us are such selfish jerks."
