"Due to all the mud I get into and rubbing the head off my fender wheel liners I’d been dealing with a wheel well liner that was rubbing on my tire every time I turned a corner. They got me in after they got back from lunch, got the work done in around 30 minutes and I was on my way. It’s really nice not to hear that grinding noise… it was an easy fix but this mechanic and shop did a great job."
"I recently brought my jeep to have the new distributor, which I purchased installed. seemed like an easy thing to do. I won’t use any real names here so let’s just call her mean Jean, told me on a Friday that it would be worked on the following Monday, Monday came and went Tuesday came and went. I followed up the following Wednesday And was told that they would be working on it soon. Didn’t hear anything back that Thursday or that Friday. I waited till Monday and called, spoke to a young lady over the phone, said that she would let me know later that day what was being done about the Jeep, didn’t hear anything back, didn’t hear anything back Tuesday either. the next day I was working in town which was Wednesday and decided to stop by, the young lady I’ve spoken to plus mean Jean were headed off to lunch. I asked them for an update on the jeep. They couldn’t confirm anything other than the fact that other customers were ahead of me and that they were waiting on parts at this point, I mentioned that I was in no hurry when I spoke to the young lady, trying to put things at ease, I could feel the tension coming off of them , not so much the young lady, but mean Jean. we parted ways after I was told that they would give me a call later that day again nobody called me that day. The next day, which was Thursday, I decided to make a phone call to a friend who was close to one of the mechanics there. They were told that he would start working on it. The mechanic would start as soon as possible I drove by sure enough after work they had been working on it The next day which was Friday they were working on it as well. I was happy to see that. still no phone calls or updates on anything Friday afternoon however, I did receive a call from mean Jean telling me that they were able to get the vehicle timed as well as get the distributor installed, but the issue was spark, plug wires. They went ahead and swapped those for me. I paid for those , so here it is Monday, 31 January 2024 I received a voicemail saying my jeep was ready. The bill was $536 seems kind of outrageous for just a distributor and some spark plug wires. I put that aside give a call And ask to speak to a manager mean Jean came on and proceeded to tell me the way things were gonna go. I told her I apologize for any misunderstanding. She told me to stop which seemed weird. I told her that’s very rude of you to tell me to stop talking meanwhile throughout the whole conversation when I spoke to her a click sound click sound happened and she admitted that she was putting the phone down and said that she didn’t wanna have to listen to me , she went through the whole list of things they had done to Jeep. I told her I understand but the misunderstanding was in the fact that I had never been contacted or updated about my vehicle. Apparently I was bugging them and got under her skin. She just seemed very irate very angry and I told her that she was the type of person that you couldn’t make happy, and she was set in her ways. I Felt very disappointed in the service I was receiving, couldn’t believe I was being talked to this way you would think that a business, especially local would take care of its customers. I was told that I was not allowed back and not to take any vehicles at this point I was not being rude didn’t understand what was going on , but if you have to take a vehicle, beware you will eventually have to deal with mean Jean. I have paid my bill. I have no complaints about the mechanics or ownership. I do not know them. My vehicle seems to be in great shape, however Customer Service is extremely lacking. I would expect this in the valley not up two blocks away from where I live."
"Stopped in omw home from camping due to an extremely loud metal grinding noise coming from the rear end. Of course it stopped just before pulling in. Tldr: they took the tome out of their packed day to see what they could find, and did not even charge me for taking a look. Thank you guys for checking and giving me the confidence to make the long drive home!"
"Update: I found the roll of duct tape. It was shoved way under the back seat. My apologies!! Thank you again for helping me out! Brought my 2013 Ford Edge in to get a passenger window regulator replaced. I was very grateful they were able to make time for me on such short notice (we were visiting from Phoenix). Unfortunately they couldn't get the part in time before we were to head back to Phoenix. They also cleared a check engine light for me, which was a relief. I am disappointed to discover they took a brand new role of duct tape that I purchased (I used it to tape a garbage bag over the window). It was on the floor in the back seat of my car and now it's missing. Not sure why they would take something that didn't belong to them?"
