"Good luck getting a refund. I bought an ABS dash cluster and the quality was dismal. Tracking on the return shows it was delivered 9-15, no refund as of 10-2. Called on 10-2 and was told, "we'll look into it, call back tomorrow". If I have a choice between parts suppliers in the future, Mid-Fifty will be at the bottom of my list."

"for all the money I have spent there you would think that shipping would be free like with almost every other place. the shipping is very slow even when you spend the extra for same day (not same day at all) and the returns I just learned only has one person working in that department and I guess the one person doesn't work often so good luck on getting money back or credit for returns."

Diane is a hoot and full of technical information. The rest of the all female staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are now my exclusive "go too" supplier for my 54 F100 Panel.
