"Great pit stop en route to Grand Canyon from Las Vegas! Toilets are clean, snacks and drinks variety is wide, and there's even a Subway here. Very comfortable for anyone driving along the highway."

"I've been driving trucks 22 years. And I don't think I've been to a Pilot truck stop and wasn't greeted by the cashier. They only words spoken between myself and the male cashier was, "do you want your receipt?" And my response of "no thanks". Fortunately, I'm one of those people who will simply get his fuel and goods elsewhere. And if, IF it was a Black thing. Simply put a sign out stating we're not welcome."

"If you're not a trucker, this is a good gas station. However, this pilot co-op does not cater to truck drivers. Refer to picture to understand the trucker entrance is closed, not the passenger vehicles. As mentioned in other reviews, this station will not allow you to use pilot offers. You are able to use your points to purchase, however you'll be out of luck getting your cup of coffee here unfortunately.."

"Poor customer service for the truckers. Wanted to scale my load at the brand new pilot here and was told to wait/please hold by the attendant . I had to get out of the truck and walk in , stand in line with a bus load of customers to get my scale ticket. Looks like this place is more interested in selling roller hot dogs and keychains to the bus crowd than helping the truck drivers . If you got an hour to spare for free? This is the place for you. I’ll never be back to this pilot and I’ll be sure to spread the word . Too many other competitors around here so going to the TA a mile away is a no brained. Thanks for nothing pilot , again ."

"At This Shell Station, you have PILOT COLLABORATION FUELS STATION & CAT SCALE, WITH SUBWAY. BIG RIGGERS CAN GET ONLY DRINKS ON THEIR POINTS, AS I SPOKE TO STAFF, PILOT SOON GONNA ADD OTHER FACILITIES AS PER THEIR STANDARD, LIKE SHOWERS, LAUNDRY ETC. IT IS NICE LOCATION WITH SUBWAY AND VIEW OF MOTHER NATURE!!! ONE MORE THING IT HAS BELOW 50 SPOTS FOR BIG RIGS ,BUT CAN ACCOMMODATE BIT MORE ON CURBS ALONG THE PROPERTY!!!"EARLY BIRDS"; NICE & WELCOMING STAFF, & CLEAN WASHROOMS !!! A MILE AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY THEIR IS TA EXPRESS ON OTHER SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. CHEERS"
